This application from Sunaidi Expo is intended to facilitate participation in different exhibitions and conferences. This includes event calendars, visitor and workshop registration and The latest news on upcoming and ongoing Sunaidi Expo events. This app also improves the user experience inasmuch as it enables the client to be updated with new content and other notifications. The technologies used in this website are Laravel and Flutter.

Application Ecosystem
The Sunaidi Expo consists of four distinct applications, each tailored for different user roles:
Admin App
Responsible for all events related details, exhibitors and user information.
Exhibitor App
Facilitates tools to exhibitors to organise and implement their profile and interaction. Also they can add photos and videos for marketing.
User App
It allows the visitors to search events, let them to sign up and receive their notifications.
Scanner App
For the purpose of contactless check-in through scanning of the QR Code.
Challenges Addressed
The first and one of the most significant difficulties was to provide the natural flow of visitors through the exhibition hall while choosing the location of the stands. Application filters help the users to move around and also improve the enjoyment of the events and activities being organised.
User Experience Enhancement
Being able to update content as it happens and delivering content on a user basis, users can be updated on their area of interest. This way, feedback and preference management deliverables enhance interactions during activities such as events.
