Google User Data (AI Task Planner app)
Our AI Task Planner application lets you connect your Google account. When you do, we request the following permissions (OAuth scopes):
- Basic profile (openid, email): used only to sign you in and identify your account.
- Read your calendar events (calendar.readonly): used to display your upcoming meetings inside the app’s “Meetings” section.
- Manage your calendar events (calendar.events): used to create and update events on your Google Calendar for tasks you choose to schedule, and to keep those events in sync when you change the task in the app.
We access only calendar event details (title, time, duration, attendee names, location) and your account email address. We use this data solely to provide the in-app calendar features described above.
With Whom We Share Google User Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Your data is stored on our own servers hosted by OVH in a secured database, acting solely as our infrastructure provider. Meeting reminders are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service, which process notification content only to deliver it to your device. No other third party receives Google user data. We disclose data only if required by law.
Google user data is never transferred to any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning service, and is never used to develop, improve, or train AI or machine-learning models — neither ours nor anyone else’s.
Retention and Deletion of Google User Data
- OAuth tokens: deleted immediately when you disconnect your Google account in the app (Settings → Calendar accounts → Disconnect).
- Imported calendar events: shown as meeting entries in the app. You can delete any entry in the app at any time. Entries you delete are not re-imported. After you disconnect your account, no further data is imported.
- Account deletion: deleting your AI Task Planner account (in-app: Settings → Delete account) permanently removes all of your data from our servers, including all imported calendar data and tokens, without undue delay.
You may also request deletion of your data by emailing info@kashinfosolutions.com. You can additionally revoke AI Task Planner’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Artificial-Intelligence Features and Limited Use
AI Task Planner offers an optional voice feature that converts a voice note into tasks using Google’s Gemini API. Only your voice recording (or its transcript) and the titles of tasks you created yourself in the app are processed for this feature. Google user data obtained through Google APIs — including calendar events — is never sent to Gemini or to any other AI model.
AI Task Planner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
