Project Overview
My Gym Needs is a gym management software through which a gym owner can manage the multiple gym with multiple admins option. Some of the features of this software are, new inquiries, customer trials, attendance of clients, multiple plans for personal trainers, management of diet plan, expenses and so on. Through “My Gym Need” the service providers, both the operators of the gym and their employees are in a position to come up with efficient ways of managing the gym so as to provide their customers with the best service
Project Objective
Some of the useful features in My Gym Needs include inquiry, customer and employee management, attendance tracking, customer package, leave, workout, diet, ‘terms and conditions’, BMI, comment, trial customer and equipment. Collectively, these modules help owners of gyms to run their facilities more efficiently and improve on what they offer their clients. The My Gym Needs website uses React Native for mobile app development and Laravel for the backend.
Solutions Provided
To improve the functionality and usability for My Gym Needs, we built several modules aimed at enhancing reliability and efficiency. Every of the modules was intended to enhance reliability and enhance efficiency. Most of the time we had bugs, which we rectified, to improve on the system. When customers’ questions/concerns were addressed on time, then we had enhanced the customers’ experience. These solutions helped to enhance improved accuracy and practical use of our services provided.
Challenges Faced
The company noted that the attendance module was very problematic since it was characterized by a number of errors and constant delays in registration and in managing the data collected. It also had some issues such as determining the correct setting of the gym including the list of equipment, the timetable and keeping the record of the employees. Some of such issues made customers and staff consider convenience and efficiency in their actions and decisions.
Outcome and Result
Once the problems were solved, solving the management of multiple gyms became much easier. It was easier to manage people in the organisation and for the staff it was easier to work on the tasks that were at their disposal. Customers were also controlled much easier and therefore the satisfaction level among the customers improved. All in all, there is a win for the business in the general improvement of the business flow, making us enabled to increase competitiveness in the market.
