Refund and Cancellation Policy for Software Development Services

Services Provided
We provide custom software development services, including web and mobile app development. Due to the bespoke nature of our services, once work has commenced, it cannot be returned.

Project Scope and Agreement
Before starting any project, we share a detailed proposal and agreement with the client. This document outlines the projectโ€™s scope, timeline, and costs. The client must review and approve the agreement before any work begins to ensure mutual understanding of the project deliverables.

Payments
All services require an initial deposit, as specified in the project proposal. Remaining payments are tied to project milestones or completion, as agreed upon with the client. Invoices will be sent for approval, and once approved, payments are made through the integrated payment gateway.

Cancellation and Refunds

Before Work Commences: If the client cancels the project before work has started, a full refund of the initial deposit may be issued.

After Work Commences: If the project is canceled after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. The client will be responsible for payment for any completed work, which will be deducted from the initial deposit or billed separately.

No Refunds for Completed Work: Once the work has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be provided. Approval of the deliverables indicates satisfaction with the work and acceptance of completion.

Refund Processing
For eligible refunds:
– Once approved, the refund process will begin immediately.
– Refunds will be credited to the client within 5-7 working days from the approval date, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Delays and Revisions
Delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information or resources, may affect the project timeline. Any revision requests outside the original project scope will be billed separately, based on the additional work required.

Client Satisfaction
We prioritize client satisfaction and will work closely with our clients to ensure that the project meets the agreed-upon expectations. However, given the custom nature of software development, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction if the delivered product meets the specifications outlined in the original agreement.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding services, both parties agree to attempt a mutually agreeable resolution through discussion and negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, arbitration or legal action may be pursued as a last resort.
