1. Client Overview

Airhireme, now available online at www.airhireme.com, is an online portal that helps a customer find an aircraft for hire. It makes it easy to book for private as well as commercial flights and provides a number of choices. Customers can quickly locate, evaluate, and then book an aircraft that fits their wants and needs. The tasks I have been engaged in are the removal of some existing bugs, the upgrade of UI/UX design, and increasing the competence of the web page.

2. Project Objective

The goal of this project is to maintain a simple list of some sorts of products, to troubleshoot and fix any login difficulties, to analyse possible bugs and to discuss and solve any problems with the layout and design. Great emphasis should be placed on keeping specific and concise to make our customers’ experience as enjoyable as possible. Furthermore, convenience of navigation, and a well-organised layout for the users is also important. We have used React.js and Firebase technologies in this.

3. Solution Provided

Our work on AirHireMe successfully involved constructing a comprehensive list of various product types and resolving login-related issues, bugs, and UI/UX challenges. These solutions enabled AirHireMe to promptly address user inquiries and emergent problems effectively. Additionally, our team provided training for the staff to ensure they uphold high-quality standards, leading to higher levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Challenges Faced

In AirHireMe, it was initially necessary to enter products into categories manually, which was time-consuming, especially for unique customer requests. For backend we were getting multiple requests from users so sometimes it was difficult to manage all at once, so we categorised that and managed that request by admin roles, so only particular admin can get allowed requests as per category. Some users were no longer able to connect through Google and this made things complicated as they searched for the products. That is why customer engagement and satisfaction diminishing occurred.

5. Outcome and Results

In the beginning of the organization process, we were using an Excel sheet to categories the products. We’ve managed a user-friendly UI and provided the best quality speed of the site, so users can get results in a short time. When solving the problem with customers, the best outcomes were obtained. This time, we were able to solve the user login problems, correct UI/UX mistakes and eliminate several other bugs that gave us great results. These changes enhanced the customers satisfaction and enhanced the overall operations of our services.
